United Welfare Society (UWS) is a non-profit organization. Donations made to UWS are used to support our humanitarian and welfare activities.
1. General Policy
All donations are non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated to our charitable projects and operational expenses.
2. Duplicate or Error Transactions
If a donation is made multiple times by mistake or an incorrect amount is charged due to a technical error, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:
- Donor’s Name
- Transaction ID
- Date of Donation
- Reason for Refund Request

4. Approval of Refund
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 7–14 working days to be completed.
